Refunds & Returns Policy

1. Physical Devices
Physical devices (including IoT hardware) may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are in original condition with all packaging and accessories.
To initiate a return: Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the device is defective.
Defective devices: If a device is defective, we will cover return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund.
2. Event Tickets
Event tickets are non-refundable except in the following circumstances:
- The event is cancelled by the organizer
- The event is rescheduled and you cannot attend the new date
- You request a refund more than 14 days before the event date (subject to approval and a processing fee)
Requests for refunds must be submitted at least 7 days before the event date to be considered.
3. Software Subscriptions
TODO: Define subscription refund policy (e.g., prorated refunds, no refunds after X days, trial period policy).
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to the service until that time.
If you are not satisfied with a subscription service, please contact us within 7 days of your initial purchase to discuss refund options.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and will be credited to the original payment method.
